Old Pictures
Although its organization, layout, and navigation can be incredibly frustrating, http://www.old-picture.com/ is a pretty interesting site, with archives of historical photos covering a wide variety of subjects (the breadth of which I'm not sampling here, but you get the idea):

Thanks for the heads up on this site. Some are familiar and some are wonderfully odd and new to me.f
men, fabulous men. i love old photos, though it makes me sad to see them at auction, abandoned by those who loved those in the photos.
i am always especially enchanted, too, with the images of men. i wonder if they were the same then as they are now? what were they thinking? were they getting laid at all? i know what the women's lives were like, at least in part. but it's the men who fascinate. or maybe i just like the look of the boys.
